Once you have found a property you are interested in buying via our website or email marketing, contact us to ask questions, or to submit an offer to purchase.
Once an offer is made and accepted, a formal Purchase Agreement can be drafted between the Buyer and Seller. It is your option to use our provided agreements, draft your own, or to just receive a bill of sale (for small deals).
Payment is submitted from the Buyer. You are welcome to use our brokerage, a third-party escrow agent, or none at all.
Once the property has completed transfer, both the Buyer and Seller confirm the completion of transaction and any funds and bill of sale can be released to the Buyer
